Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen that a damaged item is sent out by mistake or shipping issues. In this case you do not need to return the item.

With our 90 Days Quality Guarantee, you can get replacement within 90 days of being ordered. If you want to get a refund due to faulty items , you must send us an email (info@pawtyhood.com) stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good within 14 days of being delivered.

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchange if:

．The item(s) have been worn or washed or The item(s) have been altered in any way

． The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is our fault

． The item(s) do not have the original tags on them

． The item(s) were marked as Final-Sale

While we don't offer direct exchanges, you DO NOT need to return the products you receive from the original order.

Instead we will send an invoice for you by collecting the shipping and handling fee for the replacement.

In short, pay the postage and you can get another collar for your pups!

Please noted that:

．Replacement would be the same product as you order, other colors or items will NOT accepted for the replacement. Unless the sizes for exchanging is out of stock in our end.

．Request of replacement must be made within 30 days of receiving you items.

If for any reason you would like to return your unused item, please email us and we'll work with you on refunding your purchase. Note: we are unable to cover the shipping costs from your location to ours for any exchange or returns.

Personalized items IS NOT eligible for refunds. While you can exchange different sizes by covering shipping & handling without ship back the product you received.

Failure of delivery due to wrong address is NOT eligible for refund. If you have this issue, please reach out to us and seek for re-delivery of your order (handling fee may applicable)

With Pawtyhood, you can personalize your collars and tag with our free laser engraving service.

We will try our best to reach out via email if we've found that orders are missing or wrong personalization.

We proudly offer free tagless engraving to give the best protection for your dogs. All the personalization use 30w industrial laser machine which mark deeply and clearly on the metal claps. Unlike printing, laser engraving will not fade out.

You can choose to engrave up to 3 lines (name, phone number, address, email.etc....) in total on the metal clasp of the collar. You can leave it blank if you don't need the personalization.

Default font of collar engraving is Tohama.
